Hume Action Group - Amnesty International Australia

The Hume Action Group meets regularly to discuss, advocate and promote human rights in the Hume community. They organise events, film screenings, petition signings and write letters in defence of prisoners of conscience as part of the Urgent Action Network (UAN).

Association of Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres

The Association of Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres (ANHLC) is the peak body for the Neighbourhood House and Learning Centre sector in Victoria.  The mission of the Association of Neighbourhood Houses and Learning Centres is to support and develop the movement of Neighbourhood Houses and Community Learning Centres as individual organisations and as a collective.

Adult and Community Education Victoria

ACEVic is Victoria’s peak policy, industrial and development body for the Adult Community Education sector. ACE is Adult Community Education.  Adult Community Education Centres may be called Community Learning Centres, Adult Education Centres, Neighbourhood Houses, Community Colleges, Libraries and Continuing Education Centres. All of them offer a range of courses and programs to adults from all backgrounds and education levels.
